Over 200 people are employed by Petrogas E&P LLC and its subsidiaries of which some 50 are Petrogas E&P professionals, specialists and managers occupying key positions in our operations.

We employ nationals wherever we operate and maintain a healthy ratio between nationals and expatriates. Petrogas believes in developing the national workforce to take business leadership positions.

Expatriates working with us are mostly experts and experienced professionals who in addition to performing their tasks are also coaching and developing nationals to take increasing responsibilities and senior positions in the Company.

Our operating subsidiaries, Petrogas LLC and Daleel Petroleum Co. LLC, have Omanisation levels of over 85% and 68% respectively.

Our technical staff includes geologists, geophysicists, reservoir engineers, petroleum engineers, production engineers, facilities engineers and our support staff includes accounting, financial, CPL and HR professionals and managers.
